The thread

Different fields. One question.

Psychology, anxiety, personal brand and marketing, self-guided practices, the Destiny Matrix — different fields held together by one idea: helping a person understand themselves, build inner support, live deliberately, and feel whole.

What I’m after isn’t temporary relief or a ready-made answer. I want you to learn to read your own reactions, tolerate uncertainty and handle difficulty — until you can genuinely say:

“Whatever happens, I’ll be able to deal with it.”

That is what I call inner support.

My story

The path that brought me here.

Eight chapters — from the first panic attacks to a state licence. Read one, read all, or skip straight to the ways we can work together.

01 Why psychology — I came to this from the inside +

My interest in anxiety and panic didn’t start as professional curiosity. I’m a fairly anxious person myself. For years anxiety showed up as constant background tension, over-analysis, fears, the urge to control everything, and the sense that I had to anticipate every outcome in advance.

About five years ago I had my first severe panic attacks — states where the body reacts so intensely that it’s hard to believe it’s “only” the nervous system. Racing heart, fear of losing control, a sense of danger, constant monitoring of every sensation.

“It’s just anxiety” was not enough for me. I wanted the mechanism: why the body produces reactions that strong, what triggers an attack, why fear of the symptoms intensifies them, how thinking maintains the cycle, why avoidance grows — and whether the system can actually be changed rather than muted.

Anxiety and panic are familiar to other people in my family too. I’ve seen how much they can affect daily life, relationships, health and decisions. So this was never abstract for me — I needed methods that could be understood, explained and practised.

02 Eighteen, a foreign country — my first school of adaptation +

People’s inner worlds fascinated me very early. From around fifteen I was deep in self-development — studying and practising ThetaHealing: work with beliefs, inner conflicts, family scripts and self-image. Even then one question interested me most: why people live the way they live, and what actually drives them.

At eighteen I went through my first move abroad. A new language, an unfamiliar culture, not a single close person nearby. It was my first real school of adaptation: I had to rebuild confidence, self-esteem and the ability to rely on myself when the familiar world was gone.

I didn’t know yet that there would be three emigrations, or that adaptation would become one of the central themes of my work. But that experience taught me the most important thing: resilience isn’t something you’re born with. It’s a skill you build. And you can build it at any age.

03 Marketing — I studied the psyche through selling +

Psychology always pulled at me, but I first approached it from an unexpected side — marketing. A bachelor’s, then a master’s, and freelance work alongside: I helped companies, bloggers and personal brands craft messages that sell, find their audience’s triggers, and turn attention into trust — and trust into sales.

In essence it was also work with the human psyche — from the side of decisions and behaviour: why people stop on one piece of content and scroll past another, what they believe, what hooks them and what makes them act. That knowledge later became the foundation of my own brand.

I’m not interested in making experts a prettier page. I work on the foundation.

04 The crisis that changed everything +

After four years of living in France everything converged at one point: trouble at work, a crisis in my relationship, inner difficulties I had long looked away from. That is when I first met real panic attacks — states where the body screams about a danger that isn’t there, and “pulling yourself together” simply stops working.

I made the bravest decision of my life: I closed all my freelance projects, left my studies, ended the relationship — and flew to Bali. Not to run away, but to figure things out. To learn to live in the moment again, work with my anxiety, and honestly answer the question: who am I, and what do I actually want?

05 Bali, the Destiny Matrix and the birth of Kris Universe +

There, for the first time, someone read my Destiny Matrix. I sat for two hours covered in goosebumps: I had never seen myself from the outside with such precision and detail. That reading gave back what the crisis had taken — a sense of who I am, what is strong in me, and where I truly want to go.

And then everything clicked: I had marketing behind me, successful cases, deep knowledge of social media — and a method that changes lives. I decided the main project I would promote was myself, and since numerology had helped me so much, I wanted to do the same for others. I took one Destiny Matrix training, then another, then an expensive mentorship — to the level where I knew practically everything about the method.

I started talking about the Matrix in English — in a market where no one was talking about it yet. TikTok exploded within weeks: millions of views, dozens of orders in the first month, a stream of requests for training. I knew that if I started in an empty market, within a year or two I would lead it. And that’s what happened.

A clear boundary

The Destiny Matrix is not psychotherapy, medical diagnosis or a psychological test. It’s a standalone method of self-knowledge that I love and continue to practise. I keep my own beliefs separate from psychological work and never present them as scientific fact.

06 From self-study to a state licence +

The Matrix gave me self-understanding, wholeness and a sense of purpose. But it didn’t resolve my anxiety: in stressful periods, strong panic attacks and anxiety still overwhelmed me. Self-study wasn’t enough — so I went to study properly.

I completed the university programme Comprehensive Psychological Correction of Anxiety-Phobic Disorders, with a medical foundation, and received a state licence. The programme gave me exactly what had been missing: the physiology of anxiety and panic, the mechanisms that maintain them, and structured methods that actually change them. First on myself. Now in my work with clients.

07 What counts as a result for me +

Temporary relief isn’t enough. I want your relationship with yourself to change: steadiness, the ability to work with anxiety without handing it the whole day, clearer thinking, trust in your own decisions, independence, emotional flexibility, closer relationships, a real sense of meaning.

A whole person isn’t someone without fears or contradictions. It’s someone who knows the different sides of themselves and isn’t permanently at war with them — who can be rational and still keep a connection to the spiritual part of life, feel anxious and act anyway, go through a hard period without losing their sense of worth.

Happiness, for me, isn’t constant euphoria or a life without difficulty. It’s the feeling that you are living your own life — that what you believe, who you are and how you live are in agreement. That’s what I mean by wholeness.

The result of therapy, to me, is adaptability, flexibility and an inner support that stops anxiety from running your life. In its place comes a quiet confidence: whatever happens tomorrow — you’ll handle it. You move through life knowing who you are, loving what you do, and can honestly call yourself a happy person who knows how to enjoy living.

08 Three emigrations, many experiences, one mission +

Today I have behind me three emigrations, a business built from zero without a team or a ready-made audience, crises, relationships, a change of profession, dozens of journeys — and the need to keep making decisions and carrying responsibility for them. Adaptation, for me, is not an abstract textbook term but lived experience.

I love my work deeply and never stop developing: ongoing supervision, continuing education, plus personal passions — somatic and body-based practices; I’ve completed a Vipassana retreat and keep exploring different methods, taking what genuinely works and passing it on. That’s why I have so many different products: therapy, readings, training, audio practices, a planner.

But they are all about one thing. My mission: to help you regain your inner support, understand yourself and live your own life — deliberately, wholly, and free from anxiety’s dictate.
