This is a deep body and energy practice letting you release physical blocks in the body, suppressed emotions, pain, and work over your request on subconscious and physical levels. As a result you connect to your body, go through the healing process, fill yourself with energy, experience pleasure and even can get energetic orgasms (depending on the requests, for example in purpose to increase the sensitivity).
